Detained in Custody

Housing Units

To avoid envy and aggression, every detainee held in custody who is an unmarried believer in Christ Jesus and is of the twelve Tribes of Israel is to be kept in their own private apartment/unit.  Each unit will have its own bedroom (see *NOTE below), bathroom, entry hall with closet, computer with ear buds, and Internet.  Each bedroom will have a bed, desk, chair, and a locked place to put personal belongings.  Each bathroom will have a toilet, sink, mirror, storage cabinet, and shower or bath tub.  Each unit will have gated windows and gated doors both with screens to secure belongings and provide safety to the detainee.  Each unit will be clean, sanitary, in good repair, and free of bug infestation.

Grouping of Units

Units will be grouped as follows:
unit groupings for men
unit groupings for women
unit groupings for single parents with under-aged children
unit groupings for the elderly
unit groupings for the disabled
unit groupings for the sick
unit groupings for staff

Each grouping of units will be guarded 24 hours a day, 7 days per week.

Treatment of Residents

Each detainee is to be regarded as a resident and is to be treated with dignity and respect.  Elderly, disabled, and sick residents will have personal assistance or live-in personal assistance as needed preferably by members of their own family with the exception of those needing medical treatment.

The Detention Facility and Amenities

The apartment/unit buildings will be no more than 3 floors high regarding the unit groupings for men, women, single parents, and staff.  Garden apartments/units are reserved for those with knee or walking problems.  The detention facility will serve meals buffet-style offering a variety of foods to eat.  The facility will have a clothing, bedding, bathroom towels, and supplies distribution center.  In addition, it will have a laundry, library with (books, movies, and music), community container garden with raised beds, a medical clinic or hospital, and gym.  The facility will have indoor and outdoor areas with seating for walking, sports, and socializing.

All children are to be supervised by their parents at all times.  Children are to play and congregate in walled-off designated areas located at the unit groupings for single parents only and are not allowed in any of the other unit groupings or its surrounding areas.  Curfew-time for residents will be at 9pm, no noise passed 9pm.  Bed-time for children will be no later than 9pm.

At no time is anyone of the opposite sex allowed in any of all the units on the entire facility with the exception of family or staff.

Aggression such as fighting will be dealt with by confining that person to their unit and meals will be brought to them.  If the aggressor is a child, the parent of that child will be confined to the unit to supervise their child.

All that is written herein is to be done effective immediately.

*NOTE: Each unit will be a one bedroom unit with the exception of units for single parents and live-in personal assistance.  Single parent units will have two people to a bedroom.  Live-in personal assistance units will have one bedroom per person.

Lion Killing

The buying and/or selling of lions and/or lion body parts is now unlawful.  Lion farming, lion hunting, lions as pets, and lions kept in zoos are now unlawful.  To ensure the end of these unlawful practices, I command that a certain number of lions be kept in preserves under guard and the rest be put to death in a way that is quick, painless, not cruel, and non-violent.  The carcass of the dead animal is to be burned completely.  Everything that is written herein is effective immediately.

Wildlife Killing

A certain number of all sheep, oxen, the beasts of the field, the fowl of the air, the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passes through the paths of the sea are to be preserved.

Any sheep, oxen, beast of the field, fowl of the air, fish of the sea, and whatsoever passes through the paths of the sea which are to be killed are to be killed in a way that is quick, painless, not cruel, and non-violent to avoid any suffering.  Cruelty and violence of the aforementioned is prohibited.  Everything written herein is effective immediately.

Poaching

Poaching is illegal.  To end poaching, a specific number of elephants, rhinos, and any other animals with horns or tusks are to be preserved with armed guards.  The armed guards are allowed to kill anyone who tries to harm any preserved or endangered animal.  All other elephants, rhinos, and any other animals with horns or tusks are to be put to death in a way that is quick, painless, and non-violent.  The dead animal's carcass is to be burned completely.  Hunting of elephants, rhinos or any other animals with horns or tusks is now outlawed.  The buying or selling of ivory, rhino horn, any other animal horn or tusk is illegal whether it is real or fake.  Everything written herein is effective immediately.

Tax Fraud

I received a letter from the Social Security Administration (SSA) stating that they will disregard a Change of Address supposedly from me and to fill out tax form 8822 and forward it to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Center that applies to my state.  The address on the letter from SSA is:

I want to state for the record that I have never been married.  I have never filed a joint tax return.  I filed this year as single tax status.  When I moved from my two bedroom apartment to a one bedroom apartment I put in a change of address with the post office immediately.  

It looks to me as if someone used my name and social security number to file a joint tax return.  I did some research online.  I put "when to file tax form 8822" in the search engine and found an article by Tennessee Conference of The United Methodist Church.  The article states that the Bishop of an annual conference and a local Pastor or their respective Treasurers are the Responsible Party for submitting tax form 8822-B, a similar form, to the IRS.  Because this tax form is connected with the church.  I asked myself, what church would have my name and social security number and the only church that has ever asked me for that information and I gave it to them is Wheaton Christian Center (WCC).  It is my belief that WCC used my name and social security number to perpetrate this tax fraud for two reasons:

1. This was done without my knowledge and to gain tax benefits.
2. To gain control of my money and eventually to gain control of me.

I would like to add that Pastor Paul Arthurs told the congregation once that he had gotten into trouble financially.  I do not know if that is still the case or not.

I would like the Social Security Administration and the Internal Revenue Service to do an investigation to see if a joint tax return was filed using my name and social security number or to see if my name and social security number had been changed.  If so, I would like the name of the person listed on the joint tax return.  So, that I may find out what legal action to take.  This matter has brought about much damage, pain, and stress to me and my family.  I want my name and social security number cleared of any penalty from the IRS, SSA, and any other government entity.

A New Command for Policing

It has come to my attention that there is fear among police officers and among the citizenry as it relates to systemic racism according to an article entitled, "I'm a black ex-cop, and this is the real truth about race and policing".  In it Mr. Hudson states that he "wish Americans understood about the men and women who serve in their police departments -- and what needs to be done to make the system better for everyone".  Then he begins to list five points he thinks will improve the system which are as follows:

1. There are officers who willfully violate the human rights of the people in the communities they serve
2. The bad officers corrupt the departments they work for
3. The mainstream media helps sustain the narrative of heroism that even corrupt officers take refuge in
4. Cameras provide the most objective record of police-citizen encounters available
5. There are officers around the country who want to address institutional racism

In point number 4, he states that an officer "was in fear for his life".  That is what I want to address.  I want to ease tension between both the officer and the citizen.  I think one way to do that would be to change how each community is policed.  For example, African American police officers can police African American communities, Latino police officers can police Latino communities, Caucasian police officers can police Caucasian communities, etc.  In that way, hopefully, we can take some of the fear out of it for both the officer and the citizen.  We can see if this might alleviate some tension and improve relations within that community effective immediately.  If there are not enough officers to cover their respective communities then bring in new hires.

In addition, citizens should be allowed to put police-citizen encounters on their video recordings and cameras dating the incidents and posting it online.  The recordings should be admissible as evidence in the court of law and compared to the police recordings of the incidents to get a complete visual of the incident for a more fair and impartial ruling.

My Allowance

As Governor, it has occurred to me that I will need a tax-exempt annual allowance of $180,000 for personal expenses.  This should meet my needs for the moment.  However, it is subject to change as the need arises.  The powers that be have my permission to access my bank checking account to direct deposit the money.  You can get that information from the 2015 tax forms I filed.  In addition, I need all my debts cancelled.

Attention Everyone!

The word of the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob (Israel) says that in the last days the sceptre (legal authority to rule) will not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver (someone who enacts laws or Governor) from between his feet, until Shiloh (Messiah) come.  It is unto him, the one who holds the sceptre, will the gathering (obedience) of the people be. -- (Genesis 49:1, 10) KJV

We are now in the last days and as a descendant of Judah, I Regina Fuller, lay claim to the sceptre according to verse 10 of Genesis chapter 49.  Also, in accordance with verse 10 of Genesis chapter 49, the Lord Jesus Christ has conferred His authority upon me to rule in these last days until He returns or the men of Judah who are unmarried (virgin and/or abstinence from both marriage and sex) believers in Christ Jesus lay claim to the sceptre whichever one comes first.

I command every power under heaven, military, and police force to submit to the authority given me by Christ Jesus.

I command every power under heaven, military, and police force to protect and provide for the needs of the Tribe of Judah (including African Americans) who are unmarried (virgin and/or abstinence from both marriage and sex) believers in Christ Jesus wherever they are scattered in the world.

I command every power under heaven, military, and police force to protect and provide for the needs of the other eleven Tribes of Israel who are unmarried (virgin and/or abstinence from both marriage and sex) believers in Christ Jesus wherever they are scattered in the world.

Everything contained in this proclamation is to be done effective immediately.

If every power under heaven, military, and police force do not submit to my authority, it will be considered an act of rebellion, defiance, and disobedience.  So for that, you will be punished.  This proclamation serves as legal notice to the people according to the word of God (Genesis 49:1, 10) and in the name of Jesus Christ.

The Name of the Land of Israel

Japheth fathered Gomer, Gomer fathered Ashkenaz, Ashkenaz is the progenitor of the AshkeNazi "Jews" which are the people living in the land of Israel today.  Ashkenazi "Jews" are Gentiles (see Genesis 10:1-5 KJV).  They converted to Judaism in 740 A.D. which means that they are Jews by conversion to Judaism not by blood nor are they descendants of Abraham according to Genesis chapters 10 and 11.  Also, they are Khazars according to Arthur Koestler in his book The Thirteenth Tribe, The Khazar Empire and Its Heritage.

Shem fathered Arphaxad, Arphaxad fathered Salah, Salah fathered Eber, Eber fathered Peleg, Peleg fathered Reu, Reu fathered Serug, Serug fathered Nahor, Nahor fathered Terah, Terah fathered Abram (God changed his name to Abraham), Abraham (the Hebrew) fathered Isaac, and Isaac fathered Jacob (see Genesis 10:21-31, 11:10-32, and 14:13).  God changed Jacob's name to Israel (see Genesis 35:10) and gave the land of Canaan to Abraham and to his descendants the Israelites (see Genesis 17:8).  Therefore,  the land bears the name of Israel to this day.  Israel was a Hebrew or Shemite/Semite from which came the true Jews.

The people living in the land of Israel are not descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob (Israel).  They are descendants of Japheth (Japhethites) not Shem (Shemites/Semites).  The Shemites are a people of color. They lived in Israel until persecution broke out against them.  They scattered to Africa (land of the Hamites who are descendants of Ham) and were taken captive by the Hamites/Africans then sold into slavery to the Japhethites/Europeans/Ashkenazi "Jews" during the Trans-Atlantic Slave Trade in the 1500's and 1600's (see Deuteronomy 28:68).  The first slave ship to America was called Jesus because its cargo was the Tribe of Judah, the same tribe from which Jesus descended (see Matthew 1:1-17).

The land of Israel was stolen by these same Ashkenazi "Jews".  The Ashkenazi "Jews" are impostors and they own most of the world's banks and are the ruling elite of the world.  They have used lies, deception, and conspiracy to gain control of the world and the Bible calls them the synagogue of Satan (see Psalm 94:21, Psalm 83, Revelation 2:9 and 3:9).  The Federal Reserve is a private bank owned by them.  In addition, they own the media, newspapers, Hollywood, most all literature, the movie and music industries.

The New World Order is their plan to kill everybody on the earth even those who have conspired with them for they hate all nations (see Matthew 24:21-22) and to destroy the world (see Revelation 11:18, Isaiah 54:16).  They want to preserve only those that are of the Ashkenazi bloodline.  They have a disorder called Tay-Sachs disease.  This disease is a wasting disease meaning it deteriorates the cells of the brain and other parts of the body causing schizophrenia-like psychosis.  Millions of them already have the disease and there is no cure for it but they are researching it to find one.  Go to Wikipedia for more information on Tay-Sachs disease.  

Do not give your allegiance to them for it is prophesied that the kingdom will be divided (see Daniel 2:41-45).  Instead, give your allegiance to Jesus Christ.
